GTN Series Support - Error Code 10

This error occurs when the file gtnInterface.dll from FSX(P3D)\gauges folder gets deleted by the antivirus. It is the antivirus that flags the file as a virus. This is a false positive, our software does not contain any viruses.

The solution it to recover the file from the quarantine of the antivirus and to set an exclusion for it so it will not be deleted anymore.

We strongly recommend to disable the antivirus during the installation of the Flight1 GTN, otherwise a decompression error for the file will occur.
